Forever Grateful is a registered Australian charity and not-for-profit social enterprise committed to raising awareness about cardiac health and organ donation while supporting medical research in ischaemic heart disease and organ transplantation. Through strategic outreach and targeted initiatives, the organisation strives to inspire action and drive meaningful change.

 

As a purpose-driven organisation, Forever Grateful specialises in creating powerful and engaging storytelling for community, health, and social propagation, delivering impactful messages that spark conversation, increase awareness, and effect change.

Forever Grateful was founded by Jayden Cummins, a heart transplant survivor who went into end-stage heart failure after a sudden bout of the Flu. Placed on life-support and in an induced coma for more than two weeks, he was eventually given an artificial heart (LVAD - Left Ventricular Assist Device). Jayden lived with that miracle machine for 436 days until finally receiving the call that would change his life forever.

 

Thanks to the incredible team at St Vincent's Hospital, Sydney, and the generosity of a beautiful stranger (and their family), Jayden now has the opportunity to watch his young son grow up. 

 

​Jayden is a writer / director, and his 35 years in the film and television industry have allowed him to establish a full-service film and television production arm to support Forever Grateful's mission to effect positive change through provocative story-telling and social propagation.
