As a non-profit initiative founded by a heart transplant recipient, our mission is clear: to increase community engagement, donor registrations, and acceptance rates for organ donation. We bring a unique blend of passion, expertise, and insight to this cause, with the goal of making a tangible impact.

 

This proposal offers exceptional value for money by leveraging Jayden's extensive experience as a content producer and free access to high-quality in-house production and post-production equipment. Forever Grateful will handle the majority of the creative and production work itself, ensuring that resources are used efficiently and effectively.

 

By placing our content online, we can directly monitor our KPI’s. These will include:

  1. Engagement Metrics: Video views, average watch time, completion rates, likes, shares, and comments to gauge how well the content resonates.

  2. Reach and Awareness: Number of schools, students, impressions, unique viewers, and geographic reach to ensure the campaign reaches the target audience.

  3. Behavioural Metrics: Click-through rates, donor registration initiations, and feedback on family discussions triggered by the campaign.

  4. Educational Impact: Post-campaign surveys or quizzes to assess knowledge retention and shifts in attitudes toward organ donation.

  5. Social Media Impact: Growth in followers, hashtag usage, and user-generated content reflecting campaign engagement.

  6. Feedback: Input from educators and students on relevance and effectiveness.

  7. Organisational Impact: Distribution success (schools using the video) and increased partnership engagement.

 

Forever Grasteful has also secured a Google Grant worth approximately $180,000 (USD $120,000) annually in in-kind advertising. We will work with Donate Life’s marketing team to fully utilise this grant, directing funds to drive traffic from Forever Grateful to Donate Life’s educational and registration resources. We also benefit from additional support from organisations like Google and Microsoft, committed to backing our mission.

 

By partnering with the Organ and Tissue Authority and local education bodies, our developed understanding of the education sector will provide crucial insights into compliance, curriculum alignment, and engagement tactics necessary when working within schools. Together, we can fine-tune our distribution model to ensure it meets the needs of both students and educators, driving greater impact and buy-in.
