Conversations That Matter at Australia Post

On Jersey Day 2024, Forever Grateful founder Jayden Cummins was invited to speak with approximately 100 Australia Post employees at the Ingleburn Distribution Centre.

The presentation explored the preciousness and fragility of life, resilience, family communication and the importance of discussing organ donation before a crisis occurs.

Held as part of Australia Post's Jersey Day activities in partnership with DonateLife, the session encouraged staff to reflect on the conversations that matter most and the role each of us plays in supporting our families and communities.

Following the presentation, staff gathered for breakfast where conversations continued informally. Feedback from employees and organisers was overwhelmingly positive, reinforcing the power of lived-experience storytelling to build connection and encourage meaningful discussion in the workplace.
